Cancellation Policy
Upon booking you will be required to make a 50% down payment for the services being booked. This payment in non-refundable.
No shows will be charged the full amount of their “cancelled” service. If you cancel/reschedule after your 24hr mark you will be charged 20% of your service.
When rescheduling before the 24hr mark your down payment will be held and no further payments will be required until day of service.
PLEASE NOTE that full cancellation policy is sent in an email after booking, you are to sign in agreement with all of these policies.
